As your doula, I really begin by trusting YOU and your innate wisdom to listen to your body, heart and inner knowing when you’re preparing to meet your baby and in labor, birth and postpartum.
You are the expert on you, your baby and your needs. (And my intention is to always guide you back to this place, should you wander.)

All classes take place in your home and are personalized to your desired birth experience and your individualized needs.
