Two 1.5-hour prenatal visits
Unlimited phone calls, emails and texting leading up to birth.
On-call availability at 37weeks
Expert birth preparation guidance from seasoned childbirth educator and doula, including birth preparation exercises including body and breath work and nervous system regulation for both birthing person and partner.
Continuous labor and birth support for unlimited hours.
Support guidance for partners including hand’s on tools, and useful doula tips!
Support during a family-centered cesarean birth, if needed/allowed (*by hospital)
Birth & postpartum planning lists & community resources
Postpartum guidance via email, phone & text after birth!
