ESSENTIAL BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT
Complimentary Virtual Consultation to get to know one-another
Two 1.5 - 2-hour prenatal visits between 32-36weeks
Support with writing your personalized birth preferences, including template if desired.
Unlimited phone calls, emails and texting leading up to birth. Weekly check-ins minimally starting at 36 weeks.
On-call availability at 38weeks
Expert birth preparation guidance from seasoned childbirth educator and doula, including birth preparation exercises including body and breath work and nervous system regulation for both birthing person and partner.
Labor and birth support for up to 18 hours.
Backup Doula availability as needed (so you always have a fresh doula!)
Unlimited virtual support prior to in-person support during early labor.
Guidance and support for partners throughout the labor process
Support during a family-centered cesarean birth, if allowed (*by hospital)
Curated Birth & postpartum planning & community resources
Postpartum guidance via email, phone & text after birth!

4hr Birthin’ Again Class (for 2nd/3rd time parents) ($300)
6hr Express Mindful Birth Class ($400)

All classes take place in your home and are personalized to your desired birth experience and your individualized needs.
