ESSENTIAL BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT
Includes:
Two 2-hour prenatal visits (includes education, practicing comfort measures + discussions about your birth wishes)
Unlimited phone calls, emails and texting leading up to birth
Birth preparation exercises and breath work suggestions as well as other birth and postpartum preparation ideas
On-call availability starting at 37weeks
Compassionate birth support up to 18hrs*
One 2-hour well-family postpartum visit with birth processing and professional postpartum doula guidance.
Guidance to and inclusion of partner on how best to support birthing person and respite when they need a break during birth
Support during a family-centered cesarean birth, if needed/allowed
Photos and video of birth and baby, if desired
Support after birth, assisting with breastfeeding or other needs
birth & postpartum planning lists & resources
Postnatal support via email, phone & text for 6 weeks after birth

*A backup doula can be requested if this time limit expires.

(for 2nd/3rd time parents)

THE COMPLETE DOULA PACKAGE
Birth & Postpartum Doula Support
Includes:
Essential Birth Doula Support +
PLUS: 32 hours of Postpartum Doula Care
In-person support including but not limited to support with: infant care, breastfeeding, meal-planning, postpartum healing, and light household cleaning.
Basic Package includes: *32 hours of support = to 8hrs/week for 4-weeks after birth.
Please note: hours/weeks of service can be adjusted per family’s needs and desires.

Hourly Postpartum Doula Support Pricing:
$40/hr daytime support
(Must book a minimum of 12 hours )
